Della has her first litter and they are remarkable!
Mini Irish Doodles. Della is a small red and white Irish Setter and the Dad is Buddy, f1b mini Goldendoodle, white and caramel
parti. These puppies will mature to 18-25 lbs and colors are red with white markings or white with caramel markings.
So, why did we use an Irish Setter for one of the parent breeds instead of the usual Golden Retriever? A couple of reasons.
First, we can get the Irish Setters in the dark red color that everyone wants these days, and the smaller size. They
also have white markings sometimes like everyone seems to want. Second, we can get the less curly coats and keep the
dark red color with the first cross so we dont have to do the F1 b and multigen to keep the red color. Alot of people
want the reds and caramels, and not the real curly coats. So, since the overall look and temperament of the Irish Goldendoodle
is the same as the regular Goldendoodle, we can offer the red and caramel colors, and some unique parti colors and keep the
wavy coats and small size without getting too much Poodle. This litter has a bit of Golden Retriever
from the Dads side too! I am keeping one or two for future breeders.
